Everything Diwan sells, and everything included with it. Diwan POS is downloadable point-of-sale software for retail, restaurants and pharmacies, offered as three monthly plans. Every licence includes activation, updates and support; the plan decides which modules and apps it unlocks.

Request accessThree monthly plans in Pakistani Rupees. There is no online payment: request the plan you want and our team approves it and activates your licence. Each plan builds on the one before it.

Included with every licenceDiwan runs on four platforms. These are not sold separately — one licence key unlocks all four, so you can run Windows or Linux at the counter and Android on a handheld from the same purchase. Choose your platform when you download.

How does billing work?
Each plan is priced per month. There is no online payment: you request a plan, our team approves it and agrees payment with you directly, and your licence runs for the approved period. Renew from your dashboard; updates come with the same key.
Does it need the internet to sell?
No. The network is required once, for activation. After that the till bills, tracks stock and prints without a connection, and sync resumes by itself when the line returns.
How do I get it after paying?
Your licence key and installer link are emailed within about a minute of confirmed payment, and both stay in your dashboard. There is no physical product and nothing to ship.
What if the licence email never arrives?
Check spam and promotions first — receipt mail from a sole proprietorship often lands there. If it is not there, confirm the payment completed with your bank, then email your order reference and we will resend it.
Can I move my licence to a new computer?
Yes. A key binds to one device at a time, and moves are done by us rather than a self-service button — that is deliberate, so a leaked key cannot be moved by a stranger. Email support with your key or order reference; moves normally complete within one business day.
What if it does not work for my shop?
Ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the key has not been activated. You may download and inspect the software first — only activation closes the window, and no reason is required.
Do you see my sales data?
No. Diwan is offline-first: your sales, stock and customers stay on your own machine and are never uploaded to us. We keep only the account, order and licence records needed to sell and support the software — detailed in the Privacy Policy.
